Feeling Angry – Anger is meant to make us uncomfortable. That’s how it gets us to pay attention to it—and we need to pay attention. Each of our emotions, including anger, plays an important role in our lives by providing us with information. We can help you understand why you’re feeling angry and what to do next.

Feeling Sad – We all feel sad sometimes. Sadness is a normal emotion that almost always accompanies loss and inevitably helps us appreciate happiness. We need this contrast in our emotions to have a greater understanding and appreciation for more positive emotions to follow. We can help you recognize the contrast between your emotions and work your way to more positive ones.

Feeling Numb – Emotional numbness is something most people will experience at some point in their life. Quite often, the feeling is temporary. However, for some, feeling emotionally numb becomes a way of life to protect from further emotional or physical pain. We can help you discover an understanding of why you feel numb so you can find other more positive emotions.

Feeling Happy – Awesome! Scientific studies have begun to reveal a host of physical health benefits surrounding happiness including a stronger immune system, stronger resilience and a stronger immune system. There is even a body of research that indicates being happy may help us to live longer lives. We can help you cultivate happiness every day of your life.

Feeling Excited – YAY, we’re excited for you! Excitement is the mastery of fear and makes you more likely to act especially in exciting moments accompanied by fear. These feelings reduce stress and anxiety and increase powerful endorphins in your body that motivate you to take action. We can help you cultivate these feelings to incorporate them daily into your life!
